[22 Jan 2006|10:39am] it's been quite some time since the park theatre has posted here...but just to let you know its still around!!! this is just a quick post and later there will be another to let you know about things going on there. this journal always focused so much on just the SHOWS that are going on there...so today i thought i would let you know there isnt JUST shows there....the park theatre is also a cafe! mandarin torte, black forest cake, chocolate mousse, pavlova, schmoo, cherry cheese cake, mocha cake, tiramisu, and rhubarb-strawberry pie, and so much more! all baked by winnipeg's finest pastry chefs!! it's split over two levels, the top level with couches to lounge on, and the main level with reupholstered theatre seats and comfortable benches. a great place to meet friends or family and have tasty desserts! theres also freshly brewed coffee, espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, iced drinks, slushes, and much more. dont forget! you can also RENT DVDs at the park theatre...
